Shipping

The following shipping conditions apply to shipping within Germany:

Shipping:
Shipping costs €3.95
From an order value of € 25.00 there are no shipping costs.

Consignor:
DHL (shipment of goods)

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

Switzerland: €4.50
Austria: €4.50
From an order value of €50.00, the shipping costs are waived

Unless theDelivery to a non-EU countrytakes place, further duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, not to the provider, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. Customers are advised to check details with customs/tax authorities prior to ordering

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
